You Me At Six’s blistering eighth studio album ‘Truth Decay’ come exclusively pressed to zoetrope picture disc via Blood Records, limited to 2,000 copies and hand-numbered to order. The record comes with a Live From Alexandra Palace CD!
The record follows 2021’s Sukapunch, which landed at Number One in the Official Charts. Frontman Josh Franceschi said “The album generally is the band doing all the things that we as a band think we’re good at and just embellishing them and finessing those ideas and just trying to do retrospective, quintessential YMAS but in 2022 and give that a new lease of life. For us we saw people around us, our peers and some new blood coming through that were doing emo rock music again and we thought ‘well we know how to do that and we want the world to know how we do it’."
Since forming in 2004, You Me At Six’s huge live sound is ever-present on the new record, building on touring over the years with the likes of Paramore, Thirty Seconds To Mars and Bring Me The Horizon, with a headline tour announced for February 2023. Truth Decay was recorded at Black Rock Studios with VI and Suckapunch producer Dan Austin.
