Whilst we do our best to ensure that all orders arrive safe-and-sound, occasionally a product may be damaged in transit. In these instances we ask that the customer sends images of the record to info@blood-records.co.uk and we will ensure that the product is replaced.
Refund Policy
Blood Records is a pre-ordering platform for limited edition vinyl releases and new albums. Once you’ve ordered an estimated shipping date will be set for the order. You may cancel the order at any point, for any reason, by logging into your account up until three days prior to the shipping date. After that the product will have been shipped. We then have a period of 15 days with which products can be returned to us for a refund providing the product is in the same condition it was shipped in.
