RETURNS

You have 30 days from receipt of a record to request a return for a full refund on your order by emailing info@blood-records.co.uk. Repeated requests for returns may result in order limitations.

REPLACEMENTS

If you receive damaged product, please email info@blood-records.co.uk with pictures or video of the problem. Damage reports must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. We will issue a replacement of the part of the product that is damaged. In the rare event that we are not able to replace the part due to shortage on stock, the order will be refunded in full.
