ABOUT

Coldplay’s stunning tenth album ‘Moon Music’ comes pressed to an animated zoetrope picture disc using a recycled plastic core made entirely from PVC offcuts recovered during the pressing process. This format is limited and features an alternative, numbered art sleeve. 'Moon Music' features June's double MTV VMA's-nominated feelslikeimfallinginlove as well as the band's latest hit WE PRAY ft Little Simz, Burna Boy, Elyanna and TINI. Coldplay's record-breaking Music Of The Spheres World Tour is currently taking them to stadiums around the globe, with more than 10 million tickets already sold.

PLEASE NOTE: This release is exclusive to Blood records only outside of North America. U.S customers can purchase the record from a choice of independent retailers here:

** Images and videos are representative of the finished product. Zoetrope animations require specific viewing conditions, and the animated effects shown in videos may not be visible to the naked eye. Please refer to the viewing tips below for guidance.

——————————————————————-

How To View: To get the most out of your zoetrope and see the animated effects, try one of the methods below.

For the clearest results, use bright, even lighting and keep your camera steady above the record. If using strobe effects, please be mindful of anyone nearby who may be sensitive to flashing lights.

  • View or record the animation through your phone camera, with the frame rate set to 30 or 60 FPS.
  • Use a zoetrope or strobe-light app.
  • Use an adjustable LED strobe light to view the animation with the naked eye.

——————————————————————-

Please note: Due to the way picture discs (including zoetropes) are manufactured, they can produce slightly more surface noise during playback than traditional vinyl, particularly during quieter moments. This is a well-known characteristic of the format and isn't unique to our pressings.
